This is a valid format since the regular expression is "^[1-9][0-9]*".

I don't know why. This process should work. Moreover this process
should end.

You can use Virtual mode. Set mew-prog-vgrep and mew-prog-vgrep-opts
correctly. "C-u/" calls mew-prog-vgrep for each folders and creates
one Virtual mode.
