[mew-int 2479] How to send mail using Mew via Yahoo

As a complete newcomer to Mew, can anyone please give me simple,
step by step instructions how to send mail via Yahoo? Most of it
I've figured out I think, but Y! requires a SSL connection to
their smtp server(s) and I am having trouble getting this to
work. I have to confess I don't understand much of what is said
in chapter 11.4 :-( It possibly doesn't help that I am using Mews
in emacsW32, so maybe some of the things that would normally be
available in a *n*x environment and are needed aren't
installed (yet).
