Hi,

I am collaborating on a number of projects and it is not uncommon to
receive patches by email, especially with systems like Bazaar
(http://bazaar-vcs.org/) and BundleBuggy
(http://bazaar-vcs.org/BundleBuggy) that track the bundles (patches
together with history information) send to a mailing list.

It would be cool if Mew supported the X-Patch Content-Type for files
ending with ".patch".  As an additional bonus, it would be great if
the diff-mode was selected when viewing X-Patch attachments.
