Success!!!

In fact I type M-x prefer-codeing-system and set the chinese
coding system, then mew summary works OK.

I do not even hear the `prefer-codeing-system' command before.
To be frankly, I'm not a sophisticated Emacs user, just a person
better than newbie a little.
