Hi Harald - Thanks for the response.
I am just using a regular buffer in Emacs to edit the Addrbook file manually (outside Mew), and then saving it.
After doing so, the changes do not seem to be reflected in the current Emacs session.
Even if I close all Mew buffers, and then compose a new Mew email message in a new buffer, Mew does not recognize changes to the Addrbook file.
If you know how to tell Mew to reload the Addrbook file that would be a big help.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

It's supposed to be automatically reloaded after you edit it.
Does this not happen for you?
