Thanks for looking into the issue. However, something is incorrect,
isn't it? Regardless whether GB2312 is preferred or not, the spam
mail's correct charset tag is replaced with a wrong one while
forwarding. Otherwise I would already see the original spam mail with
the wrong encoding.
What am I missing?
