No you should install the above (and also w3m and emacs-w3m
http://w3m.sourceforge.net/ to be able to view Html).  Now, it is
difficult to give you more information without knowing which platform
you work on.  If it is Win$, I hope other people on the list can help
you.  If you are using Unix, please say which flavor (but the install
should be pretty easy).
