W3m is already installed with the Emacs RPM that came with my Red Hat
7.3 installation, and I have already been using it successfully.
I have downloaded wv-0.7.2.tar.gz, but it is not clear to me from
reading the wv web site whether or not I need other library packages
to install wvHtml.
