[mew-int 02105] A few questions

Hi all,

I just started using mew again recently after finally getting fed up
with Outlook. I just have a few simple "How do I.." questions.

* Is there a way to get mew to highlight unread messages? Is this a
simple feature to add? it seems like there's already support for
highlighting various types of marked messages...

* Is there a way to access imap folders with spaces in them? Our
exchange server has a bunch of folders that start with
"%Public Folders/..." and I can't seem to get to them. mew just
complains that a SPC is not allowed in the folder name.

* I think I just haven't scoured the manual enough on this one.. but
is there a way to see a message with all it's headers? The only way
I can think of is to pipe it to cat, but that solution is un-ideal
  for a variety of reasonse.

* Is there a way to batch-refile a bunch of messages marked with *?
What I want to do is use '?' to pick a bunch of messages in my inbox,
and then move them all to the same folder. Is there another way to
  accomplish this?

And a few feature requests, if I might (I apologize if I just haven't
found how to do this in the manual yet..):

* It'd be nice to be able to use the same type of rules for formatting
the 'from' field of the summary list and the citation label. I know
you can approximate it somewhat by setting
mew-addrbook-for-cite-label, but since most of the addresses I deal
with are on an ldap server, I don't really have anything in the
local address book (and I'd prefer to not to have to add them)

* Could a hook be added for when mew-biff stuff detects new messages?
I'd like to plug it in to other notification mechanisms.

Thanks,
Ken
